Passionate Aeronautical Engineer
Exploring the vast skies of opportunities in the world of aerospace engineering is my ultimate passion. Specializing in Flight Vehicle Design and Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering allows me to blend creativity with technical precision seamlessly.
Every aircraft tells a unique story, and I am dedicated to weaving together the perfect design that has innovation and efficiency. Unlocking the mysteries of flight is not just a profession for me; it's a lifelong journey of exploration and innovation.
Masters Project
Preparation of Antimony.
The first step is to exfoliate the antimony with a two step mechanochemistry. Mechanochemistry is the chemical synthesis induced by external mechanical energy, such as grinding two solids using a mortar-and-pestle, ball-mill, or shaker. The second step mechanochemistry is to get the unmodified antimonene and put the amount of percentage in a cup and mix it with ethanol then mix the solution.
Molding process.
I conducted the molding process for the specimens in order to find the mechanical properties for each percentage to ensure I get the results according to the number of times I needed to conduct the experiments.
Tensil Strength Tests.
Tensile strength is the highest point at which a material can be stretched or pulled until it breaks. This is what the specimens will undergo to know more about the characteristics of the antimony.

Wing Inspection of CRJ-200.
There is a visual inspection of the surface condition, leading/trailing edges and wingtip/winglets. Inspect all rivets and fasteners for signs of looseness, missing parts, or corrosion. Open access panels to inspect the internal structures, including spars, ribs, and stringers, for signs of corrosion, cracking, or other damage. After full inspection, you conduct a final walk-around inspection to ensure no areas were missed and verify that all inspection panels and fairings are securely closed and fastened.
Airstairs Inspection of CRJ-100.
Inspect the overall condition of the airstairs for any visible damage, such as dents, cracks, or corrosion and ensure that the steps are clean and free from debris. Inspect the handrails for secure attachment, examine all hinges and mounting points for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. Operate the airstairs to check for smooth extension and retraction. Check for any hydraulic leaks, damaged hoses, or connections. Ensure that the hydraulic fluid is at the correct level and in good condition.
Engine Inspection of Jetstream 41.
Checking for oil leaks, fuel leaks, and hydraulic fluid leaks around the engine and nacelle. Inspect fuel lines and connections for leaks, wear, and secure attachment. Inspect the ignition harness and leads for wear, secure connections, and proper routing. Check air intakes for obstructions, damage, or signs of foreign object ingestion.
Replacement of lights in the Jetstream 41.
Ensure the aircraft is parked securely and that the power supply to the cabin lighting system is turned off to prevent electrical hazards. Consult the aircraft’s maintenance manual (AMM) for specific details on the type of bulbs, their locations, and replacement procedures. Determine which lights need replacement, including overhead lights, reading lights, emergency exit lights, and lavatory lights. Carefully remove the covers or diffusers of the light fixtures. This may involve unscrewing screws, unclipping, or gently prying off the cover. Carefully insert the new bulb into the socket, ensuring it is properly seated. Place the light cover or diffuser back over the fixture and secure it with screws or clips as needed.
Wing Lubrication of CRJ-200.
A crucial maintenance task. Using the aircraft’s maintenance manual (AMM) you check for specific lubrication points, types of lubricants, and procedures. First you clean the area, remove any dirt, debris, or old lubricant. Load the grease gun, attach the grease gun nozzle to the lubrication fitting, apply the lubricant until you see a slight extrusion of the new lubricant from the joint and wipe any excess with a cloth.
Financial Insight Zambia (Multi-media Co.)
Team building and planning in Financial Insight Zambia (FIZ).
Being a part of FIZ was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. They taught me more on how to write articles, handle various social media platforms for an organization and news coverage for political and private institutions. I learned how to interact with highly respected officials and leaders of all ethnicities.
Freelance Project
Fuel pump replacement of Mercedes-Benz GL 420 CDI 4MATIC.
This was a self project I grew an interest in because of my hunger to know more about how various vehicles function and how I can fix them or further improve them.
